Greatly inspired by this stone laid many years ago by an ancestor who wanted to pass on his success, I began to make my plan:  to refine and bottle this gold droplet, Glodtröpfchen in an internationally renowned wine.  This Riesling should match and even exceed the legendary quality which, 100 years ago, was more significant and expensive than the wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy or Champagne.  It is certainly a very long and rocky road, but also invigorating and exciting, that will keep me going now and for years to come.
